Job Description

Your Mission:

  • Collaborate with Product Leads to define opportunities and direction for our products in Brazil, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and government agencies to ensure compliance and growth in the Brazilian market.
  • Work with our Compliance and Government Relations teams to manage regulatory relationships and ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve our product offerings, expand our customer base, and increase revenue in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to deepen our regulatory infrastructure in Brazil, including managing license applications and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to ensure our customers and products are at the center of our mission.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws in Brazil, identifying opportunities to improve our product offerings and expand our customer base.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws in Brazil, including payments, FX, and securities regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with a strong understanding of the Brazilian market and culture.
