We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our AWS Startup team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and adoption of AWS services among startups in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services among startups in Brazil.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startup executives, developers, and technical architects to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide technical thought leadership and expertise to customers, helping them to navigate the complexities of cloud computing and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing, container orchestration, and other relevant technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer success.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a focus on cloud computing and container orchestration.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer adoption in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud native applications, container orchestration platforms, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and projects, and meet deadlines.
