Job Overview:A Technical Solution Expert is the combination of application engineer and sales engineer, responsible for supporting and servicing customers by demonstrating product functions, technical benefits, and value to help them meet their company goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Demonstration: Explain complex technical concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner and contribute to sales presentations, demonstrating product benefits and value.
- Client Engagement: Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements, engaging in discussions to gather information, analyze client projects, and identify opportunities where CATL's solutions can add value.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with the technical team to design tailored solutions that address specific challenges, providing clients with technical support as needed and relaying information to the development teams for product development and update needs.
- Proposal Creation: Create detailed proposals outlining the proposed solution and its benefits, addressing technical aspects while highlighting business value for the client.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping with any technical issues that arise.
- Risk Assessment and Problem Solving: Identify possible issues ahead and provide preventative solutions for risks, resolving technical issues during manufacturing, delivering, and commissioning until successfully handing over to the customer.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback, generating ideas for product and service improvement and innovation based on market trends and customer inputs.
Requirements and Skills:
- At least 2 years' work experience in the local ESS market.
- Previous work experience as an AE or SE in the ESS market is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superb collaboration and communication.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese.
