We seek a motivated sales professional to develop and execute a consultative sales process, build relationships with key customers, and provide marketing advice and financial analysis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual budget objectives for the assigned sales territory
  • Develop a strategic sales approach from qualification to contract negotiations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business retention
  • Offer expert guidance on marketing and finance to help customers optimize their operations
  • Ensure accurate data in CRM systems and provide real-time sales forecasts
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant B2B field sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Effective communication of the organization's value proposition to customers
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail/distribution, pharmacy, or healthcare delivery industries
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and build diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to continuous learning
  • Understanding of financial metrics and ability to read P&L statements
