We seek a motivated sales professional to develop and execute a consultative sales process, build relationships with key customers, and provide marketing advice and financial analysis.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual budget objectives for the assigned sales territory
- Develop a strategic sales approach from qualification to contract negotiations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business retention
- Offer expert guidance on marketing and finance to help customers optimize their operations
- Ensure accurate data in CRM systems and provide real-time sales forecasts
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant B2B field sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Effective communication of the organization's value proposition to customers
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail/distribution, pharmacy, or healthcare delivery industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to navigate complex environments and build diverse stakeholder relationships
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to continuous learning
- Understanding of financial metrics and ability to read P&L statements
