Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to hiring and talent development activities, support people operations and administrative processes, communicate with stakeholders when needed, help maintain a positive candidate experience, and assist with day-to-day HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must-haves:
    • English proficiency (spoken and written)
    • Strong communication skills
  • Nice-to-haves:
    • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
    • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
    • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
    • International experience
    • Undegraduate or undergraduate degree
    • Soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
