The Lead Client Solutions Manager plays a vital role within our expanding Global Business Solutions team, assisting our sales division in achieving its goals while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

This position entails collaborating with the sales team to enhance revenue through the negotiation and optimization of intricate opportunities, utilizing data and analytics to craft tailored solutions for our clientele.

The Lead Solutions Manager team will focus on establishing and nurturing key client relationships, emphasizing revenue growth, client education, and overall client satisfaction.

Success in this role demands a strong commitment to client service, the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to deliver customized solutions for advertisers by leveraging our distinctive advertising product suite.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Educate clients on product offerings, company updates, and share best practices relevant to their business needs;
  • Oversee and enhance post-sale client relationships for auction ad offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, proactively initiating improvements;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in campaign management, including setup and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with data-driven insights while simultaneously using those insights to enhance our advertising solutions;
  • Convey marketplace feedback to inform our advertising strategy;
  • Support the sales team with pre-sale research and presentations;
  • Conduct regular business reviews, adopting a consultative, long-term approach to cultivate productive client relationships in collaboration with the sales team;
  • Work directly with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns;
  • Establish enduring relationships with key clients, ensuring their business needs are effectively addressed by cross-functional teams;
  • Lead a team of managers, fostering their development and success. Drive product and go-to-market strategies, focusing on enhancing product feature adoption and consistently advocating for product improvements based on market feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client services roles within digital marketing;
- Proven experience managing key accounts across diverse industries;
- Experience with performance advertisers and a deep understanding of their challenges;
- Team management experience is advantageous;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights for assessing campaign performance;
- Proactive mindset with excellent data analysis capabilities;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proactive attitude with strong analytical skills in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
