Job Description

To provide exceptional technical support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Monitor and proactively respond to alerts and events, taking proactive steps to prevent disruptions and minimize business impacts.

Register all support information, interventions, and interactions with customers, internal teams, and partners in an electronic ticket system. Perform technical diagnostics and refer complex issues to the relevant entities for resolution. Provide regular status updates to clients in accordance with established performance targets.

Ensure seamless collaboration with responsible agencies for technical interventions and service restoration. Follow escalations guidelines closely, adhering to company procedures to ensure timely resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Relevant experience in technical support and customer-facing roles in the technology/telecommunications industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
