We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Operations Analyst to join our team at Drixit. Key Responsibilities:- Process Management: Manage requests for quotations from suppliers and negotiate beneficial agreements to optimize the supply chain and production processes.
- Operational Improvement: Collaborate with the responsible team to identify and implement operational process improvements, ensuring efficiency and cost reduction.
- Hardware Coordination: Supervise the coordination of hardware manufacturing and assembly, considering project delivery deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery of hardware to customers.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Optimize the supply chain and production processes to ensure efficiency and cost reduction, and maintain proper stock records in both Argentina and Brazil.
- Financial Management: Calculate the costs of each product to establish RMA prices and hardware product costs, and collaborate with the accounting department to maintain accurate financial records.
- Reporting and Communication: Report general area status and objectives to the Latam Operations Manager, and maintain direct contact with the accounting office for the issuance of tax invoices.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position with SaaS products.
- Skillset: Great negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills, with the ability to anticipate the tech implications of commercial decisions.
- Teamwork: A team player with a positive, self-motivated attitude, able to take direction and work within a team.
- Problem-Solving: A problem solver with attention to detail, able to find practical solutions to overcome operational challenges.
- Leadership: Previous experience in team leadership and personnel management, with the ability to make key operational decisions to maintain efficiency and productivity in the area.
