We are seeking a seasoned account professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients worldwide, focusing on solving complex problems and identifying innovative solutions.
Your primary objective will be to provide strategic guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
- You will serve as the functional expert for client processing and operational business.
- Provide insight and input within cross-functional organizations for new or changing products and services.
- Act as liaison for the client, managing problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support, and system enhancement support.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Master's, MBA, JD, MD).
- A proven track record of success in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required; Portuguese as a plus.
