Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through proactive communication and tailored solutions
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers via various channels
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and call handling quotas while consistently delivering exceptional service
  • Handle customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, offering creative solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Foster open communication and teamwork within the customer service department
