We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Credit and Collections Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with customers, managing cash collections, and driving business results.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for reviewing accounts receivable aging reports daily to identify delinquent invoices requiring immediate attention. The successful candidate will determine the reason for delinquency, work cooperatively with customers to resolve it, and thoroughly document all collection efforts in the appropriate tool and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review accounts receivable aging reports on a daily basis to identify delinquent invoices requiring immediate actions;
  • Determine reason for delinquency, work cooperatively with customers and according to collection policies to resolve it;
  • Thoroughly and accurately document all collection efforts for each assigned account in the appropriated tool and all reports;

The selected candidate will also be responsible for going deep into invoice and billing discrepancies to ensure timely, accurate receivables according to due dates. They will provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements and drive actions to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of finance experience;
  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience;
  • Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills;
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions;
  • Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting;
