Job Overview

This is a leadership role that requires a technical foundation to support complex client engagements across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our clients, a mentor to our team, and a key contributor to the growth and success of our solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of consultants across LATAM.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Act as a senior technical advisor in client discussions, particularly around cloud architecture, integrations, and scalability.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical implementations.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel across LATAM.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with our solutions and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Location / Work Model

This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence once a week at our office.
