**Job Title:** IT Helpdesk Engineer
About the RoleThe IT Helpdesk team is responsible for providing top-notch support to our employees. As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure Support: Ensure the smooth operation of Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and local area networks.
- IT Asset Management: Oversee the purchase and inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to our employees, ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfying.
- Training: Deliver basic training on Microsoft Office applications to enhance user productivity.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate support documentation and arrange for external technical support when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and other relevant technologies are essential.
