Key Responsibilities- Lead the LATAM region's financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource utilization.
- Expand your network and build on existing client relationships to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide actionable insights through market forecasting across LATAM, informing strategic business decisions at the corporate level.
- Participate in corporate forecast meetings, presenting accurate and data-driven sales insights from the region.
- Develop and implement strategies for scalable and profitable growth, leveraging your expertise in leadership and operations.
- Nurture consultative relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Latin American markets' cultural and economic dynamics.
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the tech, software, or cybersecurity sector.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is highly valued.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans, analyze complex data, and negotiate effectively.
- Fluent language skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish are essential.
- Strong presence and ability to operate independently.
