At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Technical Solutions Expert. This position involves providing expert-level technical support and managing customer requests in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues via various channels, including email, ticketing systems, and live chat. Additionally, they will be required to manage and resolve help desk tickets efficiently, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and communicating effectively with users on ticket progress and resolutions.

Leveraging their product knowledge, the Technical Solutions Expert will troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Requirements
  • Communication Skills

The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Portuguese being an asset. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration and communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Technical Support Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role is preferred. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality technical support, resolving complex issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Problem-Solving Skills

The Technical Solutions Expert must be able to remain calm under pressure and provide effective solutions to complex technical issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive approach to issue resolution, are essential for success in this role.

  • Multi-Tasking Skills

The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment is critical for this position. The successful candidate will be able to juggle multiple customer requests, manage ticket queues, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
