As our Developer Tech Leader, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team using agile methodologies. You'll work with the team to translate business requirements into Epics User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. You'll define and monitor schedules and goals prioritizing activities with the team.
You'll support strategic planning communication with the team and communicate planning progress and challenges to stakeholders. You'll own delivery resolving impediments with the team ensuring the delivery of proposed value to the customer.
To succeed in this role you'll need:
- A Degree in Technologist or Computer Science
- Previous knowledge working with Agile Development Teams
- Experience with Oracle Database Spring Boot and cloud deployment modes AWS Azure GC
- Knowledge of new technologies like 5G ML and AI
