Job Description

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a skilled Senior Director to lead the post-sales technical services organization in the Latin America region.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics and customer expectations, as well as experience leading post-sales technical services teams within the region.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, able to build and maintain relationships with sales, product, and engineering teams.

The Senior Director will be responsible for driving exceptional customer outcomes, ensuring value realization, and fostering operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years' experience in a high-growth SaaS/Cloud Enterprise Technical Services Organization, or similar experience, including at least 3+ years in a Director leadership capacity leading worldwide teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the LATAM region's post-sales Technical Services team, focusing on rapid and reliable deployments and customer value realization, tailored to the unique needs of the LATAM market.
  • Collaborate closely with LATAM sales leadership to align technical services strategies with regional sales goals, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with LATAM customers and executive-level leadership to gain insights and feedback on improving the post-sales experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics and customer expectations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholder groups like sales, product development and support teams to drive customer success and achieve regional business objectives.
  • Thought leadership and the ability to anticipate and quickly adapt to changing customer and company needs.
