About the Role:

">

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our training team as an Ambassador of Learning. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the internal processes that help us achieve our goals.

">

You will work closely with regional and local trainers, as well as the training coordinator and copy review team, to ensure the successful implementation of our training programs.

">

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Connect with trainers to understand their needs and priorities regarding training materials by country and region.">
  3. Support the preparation of online trainings by identifying relevant content in our global digital library, under the guidance of our trainers.">
  4. Translate English content into Portuguese and Spanish.">
  5. Work with our Copy Review team to obtain necessary approvals for training materials.">
  6. Review the format of training materials to make them available to our commercial area, according to our selected education methodology.">
  7. Follow up on the progress of participants in online trainings and create a dashboard to provide visibility on their learning curve to our commercial leaders.">
  8. Establish good communication and relationships with our LATAM training team and, when necessary, our Global team.">
  9. Maintain an open channel of communication with our Copy Review area.">
  10. Support a seamless process of our training area.">

  • Fluency in English and Spanish">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office">
  • Video editing and design skills">
  • Proofreading skills">
