Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sensory Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting research projects to develop new products and solutions within their area of expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Research Design and Execution:
    • Plan, organize and execute projects in line with project requirements;
    • Conduct projects, update corresponding projects within Galaxy, write regular reports and initiate stage gate reviews;
    • Interact with suppliers;
  • Scientific Expert Support:
    • Serve as a scientific and technical expert in own area;
    • Perform exploratory research to lead to new projects within Galaxy;
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise Technologists and Interns;
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and relevant experience in the field. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Fluent English and Spanish;
  • Sensory Science;
  • People Management;
  • Statistics;
  • Knowledge of overall fragrance and/or taste science and technology and understanding of fragrance business;
  • Extensive technical skills in area of specialty, including current awareness of technical developments in the industry;
