
Global Customer Success Partner Experience Coordinator

The SAP internship experience program offers university students the chance to find purpose in their careers. The Customer Advocacy team supports global customer success partners with customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and references.
Key Responsibilities:- Enable customer success partners by providing virtual support and setting them up for success.
- Manage brand ambassador content by collecting, editing, and maintaining information on various platforms.
- Ccoordinate and moderate customer enablement webinars and roundtables.
- Track and manage customer references and post-event customer engagement analytics.
- A background in marketing, communications, commerce, economics, or business technology management is essential.
- Proficient content creation and website management skills are required.
- Previous marketing/communications experience and data analysis skills are assets.
As a member of the Customer Advocacy team, you will support our global customer success partners by building best-in-class customer experiences. You will work on meaningful projects and develop knowledge and capabilities in areas such as SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, Digital Supply Chain Solutions, and Customer Relationship Management.
