The role of a Deal Management Specialist is pivotal in structuring and documenting complex deals while adhering to corporate policies, processes, programs, and systems. This involves providing assistance to the Sales team and stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant stakeholder organizations and deal management resources are engaged to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused deal package.

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Perform a comprehensive deal requirements analysis and design a deal plan to engage all relevant stakeholder organizations and deal management resources.

">

• Collaborate proactively with internal teams to serve as a partner, trusted advisor, and advocate for the Sales and Services teams on deal management planning activities.

">

• Establish and monitor ongoing progress and completions of deliverables while proactively tracking and informing stakeholders of requirements and timeline changes.

">

• Establish trusted working relationships and collaborate with stakeholder teams impacted by non-standard or complex deals.

">

Requirements:

">

• Minimum of five (5) years of related deal management experience working in a high-impact, dynamic, results-based execution environment.

">

• Bachelor's degree in technical, financial, operational, or related field.

">

• Highly skilled in bid/project management methodologies.

">

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and meeting management skills.

">

Desired Qualifications:

">

• Familiarity with Open Source Software industry, Cloud industry, SaaS market, and Red Hat portfolio knowledge.

• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suit.
