Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual contributor to join our team as a Channel Deal Operations Administrator

About the Role
  • This position reports directly to the VP, Customer Success Strategy & Operations and is responsible for reviewing, validating and approving partner submissions for new deals and converting them into opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for quote creation and management, ensuring timely handoffs and performing operational procedures in a timely manner.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A key aspect of this role is ensuring order forms are accurate and submitted to partners in a timely fashion.
  • The Channel Deal Operations Administrator will also be responsible for obtaining necessary approvals for quotes and transmitting information accurately to associated parties.
  • This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The successful candidate will strive to ensure opportunities have correct and accurate data quality and help drive quicker deal time by reducing errors and inconsistencies within various touchpoints of the process.
  • In addition, the candidate will coordinate with sales, account management, channel managers and partner operations to ensure opportunities are maintained correctly and quotes are performed accurately and timely.
  • Analyze and improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Responsibilities
  1. Review and validate partner submissions for new deals.
  2. Approve or reject submissions based on established criteria.
  3. Create and manage quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Obtain necessary approvals for quotes and transmit information to associated parties.
  5. Ensure order forms are accurate and submitted to partners.
  6. Perform operational procedures in a timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  8. Analyze and improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
