About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Pricing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading financial costing, pricing, and deal strategy for large-scale DaaS/DWS opportunities.

This role requires expertise in pricing analysis, cost optimization, and deal shaping to ensure value creation and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial costing and pricing for DaaS/DWS deals, including re-pricing renewals and catalog refreshes.
  • Providing guidance to junior team members while managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting negotiations on pricing and commercial terms to optimize outcomes.
  • Presenting pricing analyses to senior executives, marketing, and sales teams to influence decision-making.
  • Maintaining historical pricing data, implementing policies, and benchmarking pricing for DaaS/DWS bids.
  • Collaborating with global teams to support complex pricing scenarios and mitigate risks.

The successful candidate will have:

  • In-depth knowledge of DaaS/Digital Workplace pricing constructs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience assessing cost, price, and market data for pricing strategies.
  • Proven ability to partner with solution architects and deal desk teams for pricing benchmarks.

This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking, market awareness, and exceptional communication skills to influence pricing decisions and support growth in DaaS/DWS markets.
