About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Sales Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our digital sales tools and strategies across our frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Brazil's digital sales field strategy, leveraging our Pepsico Connect and Bees apps to engage with over 200,000 customers.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics related to frontline team performance, tracking targets and challenges through our apps and strategy.
  • Provide training and support to frontline teams on new digital capabilities, engagement, and transformation.
  • Lead and implement online solution projects related to e-GTM, ensuring alignment with our main stakeholders and outside partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in manage roles and at least 3 years of go-to-market/field sales-related areas.
  • Strategic thinking and short-long term vision.
  • Strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization.
  • Considerable knowledge of digital sales, strategy, and operation.
