We're searching for a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Contact Center Latam. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the CC Coordinator and Manager to provide support and drive excellence in customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and review scripts, procedures, and training materials to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Collaborate with the Process Excellence team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Analyze data and create reports to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
Work closely with IT to maintain and improve Contact Center systems, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Contact Center environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience with administrative systems support is a plus.
