Job Title: Business Development Specialist III

This is a key role within our team focused on sales in the Pharma market. We maintain customer relationships, develop growth opportunities, recover lost customers, and gain new accounts. Our goal is to ensure market penetration, profitability, and achieve sales and profit forecasts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are responsible for optimally leading and developing customer relationships within the Pharma industry.
  • We identify sales opportunities by developing an actionable plan to visit end users in the assigned vertical.
  • We cultivate and implement potential new accounts to increase market presence, generate demand, and expand brand recognition in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • We meet AOP numbers and achieve annual sales; operate within expense guidelines & policies.
  • We independently make decisions and apply available resources to meet customer needs and work effectively with a cross-functional team of suppliers and internal resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in microbiology or equivalent experience (Pharmaceutical background).
  • High degree of technical competence and confidence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel (50%-75%).
  • Proficient English language skills - oral and written.
