We are seeking a skilled professional to provide manufacturing support for external manufacturing plants, including co-packers partners in various countries.
This position will involve managing a team and external manufacturing partners to drive growth and enable a sustainable competitive advantage in sourcing finished goods for global and regional supply chain networks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sharing cost improvement initiatives, knowledge, and best practices with global EM teams to enhance supply chain reliability.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can collaborate with stakeholders, leverage industry expertise, and market and technical knowledge to drive performance of an agile, sustainable, and compliant supply base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage manufacturing support for external manufacturing plants, including co-packers partners.
- Lead the External Manufacturing team as well as manage EM partners to drive growth and enable a sustainable competitive advantage in sourcing finished goods for global and regional supply chain networks.
- Collaborate with Global EM Teams to share cost improvement initiatives, knowledge, and best practices to enhance supply chain reliability.
