Job Description

Arlanxeo is a leading global producer of synthetic elastomers, with a long history of developing, manufacturing, and selling premium products to global customers in various industries.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing smaller, transactional customer accounts and regularly informing existing customers about product/service developments and other relevant information.

Main Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Representation: Manage smaller, transactional customer accounts and regularly inform existing customer base on product/service developments and other relevant information.
  • Order Management: Receive, process and manage customer orders/returns (in relevant systems) and inform customers about order status, issues etc.
  • Automization and Webshop Usage: Signal bottlenecks in (work) processes, procedures/and or systems and contribute to change/optimization initiatives driven by Sales and Process Excellence.

Requirements

  • Advanced English
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or other (if you have experience in the role)
  • Proven experience of 5 years in the role
