We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Job Description:A Culinary Team Member is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver exceptional guest experiences while consistently contributing to departmental targets.
This role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within company guidelines, maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, and ensuring no cross-contamination occurs.
The successful candidate will also be required to prepare all mise-en-place for relevant menus, assist other departments as needed, and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
In addition, the Culinary Team Member will be responsible for reporting maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues, complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To successfully fill this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- NVQ Level 1 in Food Preparation and Cooking
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
