We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Client Onboarding Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in KYC / Client Lifecycle Maintenance (CLM) in financial services, commodities, markets, or consulting.

Job Description

The successful analyst will provide exceptional support to our clients during the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with our systems and processes. This includes identifying and escalating high-risk triggers, maintaining accurate data and documents in our customer databases, and managing client expectations throughout the lifecycle of their relationship with us.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Our Commodities and Global Markets division offers capital and financing, risk management, market access, physical execution, and logistics solutions to a diverse client base across commodities, financial markets, and asset finance.

Requirements
  • Two years of experience in KYC / Client Lifecycle Maintenance (CLM)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding policies and jurisdictional KYC regulations
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment that values constructive input and innovation
