Key Role in Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management

This is a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Client Operations Program Oversight Associate. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our Sales and Marketing staff, responsible for all client onboarding and lifecycle management activities.

We are seeking an experienced professional with five years of Know Your Customer (KYC) / Client Lifecycle Maintenance (CLM) experience gained in a financial service, commodities and markets or consulting environment. You should be proficient in both written and spoken Portuguese and English languages.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of onboarding policies and jurisdictional relevant KYC regulations. You should have strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work within a multi-paced and dynamic environment.

In this role, you will engage with end-to-end stakeholders, including clients, business, operations, and various support and risk groups. You will be responsible for determining and escalating high-risk triggers and other potential risk findings and maintaining accurate and complete data and documents into our customer databases.

You will also conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure our clients' expectations at onboarding (and refresh) are clearly managed from requirement requests through to sourcing completion.
