Marketplace Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will lead a team to recruit sellers in the Amazon marketplace in Brazil, focusing on building strong relationships with medium and large sellers and manufacturers.

Prioritizing and managing a pipeline of sellers is crucial to meet or exceed targets. Additionally, educating new merchants about Amazon's standards of Delivery and Customer Experience is essential for their success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting selection strategy, managing seller management teams, identifying and acquiring sellers/manufacturers, driving innovation to improve customer experience, scaling categories, and strengthening seller relationships.

  • Collaborating with central teams to optimize processes and resources
About You

A highly entrepreneurial individual with excellent business discernment, strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, and a minimum of 6 years in buying is required. The successful candidate should have a passion for growing businesses and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
