Role Overview

As a Sales Marketplace Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with sellers on Amazon's marketplace in Brazil. Your primary objective is to drive growth by cultivating strong relationships with existing sellers and attracting new ones. You will play a key role in establishing the right strategies to achieve business goals and optimize seller performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing selection strategies to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Managing a pipeline of sellers to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Collaborating with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
  • Identifying and acquiring sellers/manufacturers who can bring relevant selection and brands to the category
  • Driving innovation aimed at improving customer experience and scaling categories non-linearly
  • Partnering with sellers to provide data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon
  • Working cross-functionally with central company-wide teams to establish efficient processes and resources
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Excellent business discernment with strong written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in buying or a related field
