What You'll Do:

  • Break down business objectives and identify key performance indicators to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish a target management system and utilize data-driven tools to manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Develop a strategic plan by analyzing growth opportunities through market research and prospecting.
  • Utilize project management skills to ensure the successful implementation of key business goals and strategies.

What We Need From You:

  • More than 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotions, and sales team management.
  • Proficient analytical skills with various data analysis software.
  • Market insight and ability to capture development trends.
  • Project management skills with good communication and expression abilities.

The following are preferred:

  • Experience in the food delivery industry and local-based service industries.
  • Proficiency in using SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in merchant operations/strategy operations/product operations.
