Drive Sales Growth in a Dynamic Territory
Purpose and Key Activities
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to drive territory growth and manage its performance.
- Combine entrepreneurial flair with a structured and analytical approach to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the financial performance of assigned territories meets or exceeds annual targets by generating growth and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain existing account relationships, grow existing business, and expand into new markets.
- Manage and grow both Surgical and OSD product ranges.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain key surgeon relationships.
- Utilize existing frameworks to grow and sustain IOL business.
- Drive growth of focus products in line with UK strategy and company expectations.
- Establish new relationships within designated markets.
- Engage proactively with internal departments.
- Analyze personal business sales performance and identify gaps, creating mitigation plans.
- Plan own time effectively to optimize business results.
- Develop quarterly territory business plans from market intelligence.
- Organize client sales presentations and educational seminars that influence purchasing decisions.
- Stay informed about competitor sales processes and respond proactively to potential threats.
- Share market intelligence with colleagues to inform regional strategies.
- Manage resources efficiently, including materials, travel costs, and other expenses.
- Update CRM system and perform necessary administration tasks.
- Effectively use office applications like Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record of high motivation and conscientiousness.
- Positive attitude that thrives in demanding sales environments.
- Experience working with key healthcare provider stakeholders.
- Strong desire to drive new business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least three years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and presentation.
- Tenacious approach to business challenges.
- Sound business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Organized approach to planning and execution.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
