As a key figure in our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in Brazil. Your primary objective will be to strengthen our teams and drive business development in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting new companies and winning new customers through effective sales strategies and negotiations.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by following up with existing customers, increasing business, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Prepare quotations and conduct commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and various departments within our organization.
  • Conduct customer surveys to analyze results and improve customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management and identify areas for growth.
Requirements
  • Engineering and/or business education is required.
  • A proven track record of sales experience and a hunter's spirit is essential.
  • Portuguese and English language proficiency is necessary.
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel are also required.
