">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Ensure the accuracy, existence, and completeness of spare-parts stored in warehouses through regular inspections and audits.">
  • Optimize warehouse environment by leading a team and implementing efficient spare-part management processes.">
  • Select and develop a high-performing team based on technical and behavioral requirements.">
  • Handle promotions, merits, and replacements within your team effectively.">
  • Establish consequence plans to address behavioral deviations and improve performance.">
  • Regularly report to the Internal Control Manager regarding warehouse activities.">
  • Identify and provide guidance on maintenance needs of the physical structure of spare parts warehouses.">
  • Receive guidance from leadership on executing new responsibilities, non-standard tasks, or resolving complex/unusual problems.">
  • E nsure legal compliance of the Warehouse for internal, external, and customer audits, as well as Health and Safety standards.">

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.">
  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant work experience.">
  • Expertise in warehouse management and team leadership.">
  • Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.">
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as allergens and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).">
  • Residency in Bandırma or willingness to relocate.">
