About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires autonomy, media analysis skills, and innovation to deliver results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing lower complexity client accounts, conducting internal improvement projects, and developing action plans to elevate client engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client onboarding and training
  • Conducting client performance analysis and developing renovation/up-sell action plans
  • Maintaining client satisfaction through consistent weekly communication
  • Developing and managing client relationships
  • Monitoring client usage of solutions and encouraging growth
  • Conducting client meetings and reporting on developments
Requirements
  • Advanced data analysis and advertising/digital knowledge
  • Excellent communication and responsiveness skills
  • Organized and priority setting abilities
  • Fluency in English and ability to learn Nielsen Media solutions
