Role Summary

This position entails account management functions for regional clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance field and advanced English skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs account management functions for regional clients, including collecting and analyzing data on coverages, loss experience, and providing support in preparation of presentations for regional clients.
  • Manages the list of outstanding issues for each assigned client and actively supports the renewal process under the direction of a senior account executive or an account manager.
  • Prepares drafts of renewal proposals and follows up for policy issuance and delivery. Ensures operational excellence by following service protocols agreed with each client.
  • Monitors and follows up on updating policy information in corresponding systems and addresses and resolves problems as a main point of escalation.
  • Led client regional meetings presenting open items and follows up on these with all Aon offices.
Requirements
  • Experience in the insurance field.
  • Advanced English.
  • Results orientation and customer orientation.
