Position: Strategic Commercial Lead

Role Overview:

Stars Group is seeking a Strategic Commercial Lead to play a pivotal role in formulating, executing, and assessing the localized sports and gaming strategy for Brazil, a vital market for Stars Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Liaison: Act as the primary contact for senior commercial stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities across essential business functions such as Marketing, Product Development, Customer Operations, Risk Management, and Trading.
  • Pricing and Risk Management: Represent the Brazilian customer perspective in shaping our pricing strategies, collaborating closely with the trading team to ensure effective implementation.
  • Market Insight: Assist in analyzing performance metrics, growth indicators, and competitive dynamics. Collaborate with commercial leaders to identify opportunities for strategic and operational enhancements to bolster our Brazilian operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support senior stakeholders in defining and prioritizing the regulatory requirements necessary for operational approval in Brazil, adapting to any ongoing regulatory changes.
  • Quality Assurance Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated team focused on on-site quality assurance, testing new products and customer journeys to guarantee an exceptional user experience on our platform.
  • Data-Driven Presentations: Play a significant role in deriving insights from data, making strategic recommendations, and preparing materials for senior management reviews.
  • Community Engagement: Contribute to the Brazilian community by sharing valuable insights and localized knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Brand Localization: Serve as the main point of contact for Marketing and CRM teams, ensuring that customer communications are relevant and aligned with the strategic direction set by senior management.
