Job Overview

This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the Operations team in a role that harmoniously integrates trading system support, institutional client service, and cross-functional collaboration across the Americas.

As a Trading Support Analyst – Institutional Clients, you will serve as the key interface between institutional clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless trading workflows, FIX/API integrations, and real-time resolution of execution issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for institutional clients across the Americas, covering trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services.
  • Act as a technical liaison for Sales and Relationship Management teams, assisting with onboarding, demos, and training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows.
  • Monitor and manage real-time trade exceptions and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with global teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations) to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across equities, fixed income, ETFs, and fractional products.
  • Document client interactions, maintain issue logs, and ensure SLA adherence.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years in trading support, electronic trading, or operations at a broker-dealer, fintech, or trading platform.
  • Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, execution workflows, and electronic trading systems (FIX, APIs, OMS/EMS).
  • Hands-on experience with equities and fixed income trading.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, Faria Lima office).
