  • Evaluation and Improvement: Assesses resource performance under responsibility, suggesting and implementing improvement actions when necessary.
  • Service Order Management: Processes Service Requests for customer product activation and deactivation, monitoring tasks transferred to other departments.
  • Customer Engagement: Manages customer deployments through completion, communicates milestones, and resolves issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
