About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Planning Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the growth and operational efficiency of the business. As a member of our team, you'll work closely with the sales team and cross-functional partners to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making and support the execution of strategic initiatives.

  • **Analytics**: You'll use internal and external data to bring insights that improve our operations.
  • **Innovation**: You'll be actively involved in identifying opportunities and proposing new tests and approaches.
  • **Support**: You'll help construct launch thresholds and track pre-launch activities.
  • **Target Setting**: You'll translate business needs and goals into targets for the sales team.
  • **Interpersonal Relationships**: You'll maintain close relationships with the sales team, handle day-to-day interactions, and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
  • **Focused on Results**: You'll monitor and report on performance.
We're looking for someone who has:
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience using data to lead and support business decisions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects at your organization.
  • Advanced English language proficiency, MS Excel skills, and knowledge of SQL or Python.
