
Global Commercial Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Commercial Account Management function in Brazil, reporting directly to the Country General Manager.
This role is responsible for managing over 97% of our national volume and overseeing a movement of 16 million pallets.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute Brazil's commercial roadmap, focusing on lane expansion, vertical integration, pricing, and profitability.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer journey, managing Net Promoter Score (NPS) and ensuring seamless collaboration across functions.
- Transformation: Lead digital and commercial transformation initiatives using data, technology, and innovative solutions.
- Talent Development: Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering engagement, development, and a zero-harm culture.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive budget delivery and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong, multi-level relationships with key customers and represent us in industry forums.
- 10+ years of business experience, with at least 4 years in a commercial leadership role.
- Proven success in delivering commercial results and outstanding customer experience.
- Strong skills in data-driven decision-making, project execution, and complex negotiations.
- Experience leading teams and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
- Solid understanding of commercial finance and investment strategies.
