Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio in Brazil.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build profitable client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a market strategy to penetrate new markets within North America.
  • Identify and onboard new clients, driving revenue growth in line with company targets.

  • Present and promote services to potential clients through customized quotations and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients, understanding their needs and market positioning.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and maximize competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and client acquisition.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify key business opportunities.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and negotiate profitable contracts.
  • Proven track record of successful business development within the tourism industry.
