We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio in Brazil.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build profitable client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a market strategy to penetrate new markets within North America.
- Identify and onboard new clients, driving revenue growth in line with company targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, prioritizing key opportunities and markets.
- Present and promote services to potential clients through customized quotations and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients, understanding their needs and market positioning.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and maximize competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and client acquisition.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify key business opportunities.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and negotiate profitable contracts.
- Proven track record of successful business development within the tourism industry.
