This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who can spearhead our growth strategy and win commercial deals in key markets/verticals.

As a Sales Top Executive, you will be responsible for developing targeted commercial offers that address customer pain points, leveraging our unique selling propositions (USP), and driving revenue growth.

Success in this role involves collaboration, strategic thinking, and meticulous pipeline management. You will work closely with the Marketing team to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our USP to win new business.">
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.">
  • Develop targeted commercial offers to address customer pain points and leverage our unique selling propositions (USP).">
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management and sales strategies.">
  • Work closely with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and ensure a successful transition to production.">

Requirements:

">
  • 10 years of experience in a sales position.">
  • +4 years of experience selling remittances, cross-border payment, and/or complex payments solutions.">
  • Exceptional hard skills in sales and business development.">
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support.">
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.">
  • Experience with CRM tools.">
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding.">
