Job Title: Advanced Wound Care Marketing Product Manager

Job Summary:

The Advanced Wound Care Marketing Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for advanced wound care products. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical device industry and the specific needs of the wound care market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for advanced wound care products. Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  2. Product Positioning and Messaging: Define and refine product positioning, key messages, and value propositions to differentiate the product in the wound care market.
  3. Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all marketing, sales, and training materials are in place.
  4. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales tools, presentations, and training to help drive product adoption.
  5. Customer and Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
  6. Brand Management: Manage and grow the brand presence of advanced wound care products through targeted marketing initiatives.
  7. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for advanced wound care products, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  8. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing materials comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  9. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong emphasis on advanced wound care.

Skills: Strong understanding of wound care products and therapies. Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing strategy development. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Key Competencies: Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively. Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
