Job Title: Advanced Wound Care Marketing Product Manager

At O&M Halyard Latinoamérica, we are seeking an experienced Advanced Wound Care Marketing Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for advanced wound care products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for advanced wound care products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with business goals and product development timelines.
  • Define market segmentation and product positioning.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all marketing, sales, and training materials are in place.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales tools, presentations, and training to help drive product adoption.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to stay ahead of market shifts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong emphasis on advanced wound care.
  • Strong understanding of wound care products and therapies.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing strategy development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
