This role involves working in the agency's business area, supporting members and clients by providing information related to products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing operational activities and auto-service tasks efficiently.

  • Locations: Florianópolis agencies (Centro and Trindade), as well as other regions including Ingleses, Lagoa da Conceição, Campeche, Canasvieiras.
  • Responsibilities include receiving documents, verifying legal formalities of operations, preparing routines for faster service, maintaining registration data.
  • The initial member service at the agency channel will involve greeting and directing members and non-members to the best service experience.
  • The candidate will assist members with digital inclusion, guiding them to use digital services effectively.
  • New members will be integrated, Sicredi explained, questions answered, and engagement with cooperative values promoted.
  • Fraudulent transactions and money laundering will be prevented and combated.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A complete or ongoing higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Commercial Management, or related fields is required.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in financial institutions, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is essential.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • CPA 10 certification is a plus.
