About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our team at TMF Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in our local markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing customer service portfolios to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build new business pipelines and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Work closely with our sales teams to ensure seamless deal execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to local office sales and professional sellers with proposal generation and delivery.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including CRM maintenance and data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant working experience in a commercial environment or in consulting, accounting, or law firms.
